Commissions

In the early stages of the commission process I have an informal chat with the client to form a good understanding of their ideas, wants and wishes. The quote for the commission will include the time taken to complete the painting, materials used, the cost of the painting and any shipping costs.

Once we’re both happy with the concept of the painting, I create a simple sketch to ensure that everything is perfect. At this stage it’s very important that the customer is completely happy with the final sketch as once I make a start on the actual painting this is the agreed drawing that I shall be working from. Please be aware that I shall not accept any amendments or adjustments once I begin the final piece.

When you commission a piece of artwork you are entering into an agreement with the artist, a commission is a bespoke piece of work created purposely for the customer so therefore all costs must be paid in full.

Please note a 25% deposit is required to start the work and full balance upon completion.
